Job Description
- As a Cardiology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- Join an established heart failure team comprised of an advanced heart failure cardiologist, APPs, and nurses.
- The team is part of the larger Southwest Cardiology group comprised of a growing team of invasive, interventional, EP, advanced imaging, and structural heart specialists, as well as a robust cardiothoracic surgery program.
- The group is also connected to the heart transplant and LVAD center in Salt Lake City.
- The advanced heart failure practice is supported with advanced imaging modalities including cardiac PET-CT, Pyrophosphate scintigraphy, and cardiac MRI.
- This medical facility is a referral center for trauma and emergency services and houses medical surgical units, a 32-bed ICU, a 50-bed emergency department, and fifteen operating rooms.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure.
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.
- U.S. ACGME Residency.

Benefits
- Intermountain Health offers a generous base salary of $718,000.
- There are also bonus opportunities of up to $100,000 starting in year 2.
- Additionally, we are offering a $25,000 starting bonus.

It is known for its breathtaking scenery and is the gateway to the nation's largest concentration of national parks.
