    Job Description

    As a Physician in our Pediatric group, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

    • This position includes a $30,000 starting bonus, and up to $20,000 towards eligible household relocation assistance.
    • You will practice at Budge Clinic with affiliation at Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah.
    • Your hours will work in clinic 4 x 10hr days per week.
    • You will be on call for 1 week every 7th week (1:7).

    Requirements

    • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
    • Residency training in Pediatric Medicine.
    • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
    • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
    • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
    • BLS, PALS, NRP certifications are required.
    • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
