Job Description

• As a Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider; APP), you will primarily work in the Sleep Medicine Outpatient Clinic at McKay-Dee Hospital, a 324-bed level II trauma center.
• You will join a team of 4 APPs and 1 physician.
• The Sleep Medicine team provides comprehensive treatment for common sleep disorders, such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, irregular sleep-wake cycles, movement disorders in sleep, snoring, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome, weight-loss management, etc.
• Practicing at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah.
• Working four 10-hour shifts per week (day off determined by manager).
• No call expectation.
• Relocation assistance if relocating 50+ miles.

Requirements

• Sleep APP experience and/or an APP background in psychiatry and CBT-I treatment.
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted Utah license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.
• BLS certification and DEA.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
