$3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available. Outpatient Dietitian position at a part-time capacity available at Iowa Specialty Hospital Belmond.

Job Description

• Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and coordinating of nutritional care plans based on assessment to patients' needs with other health professionals.
• Counsels individuals and family members on nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selection, and economics of nutrition.
• Primary population of this critical access hospital includes diabetes, GI, weight management, food allergies, etc.

Requirements

• ServSafe Certification within 1 year of hire, provided.
• 1-2 years experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification, or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• State of Iowa Licensed Dietitian (LD).
