    Job Description

    • As a Clinical Director at Ivy, you are providing exceptional patient care while also having the opportunity to grow and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others and still wants to keep their treatment skills sharp!

    Requirements

    • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
    • Growth mindset
    • Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships
    • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
