Job Description

• Design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and various modalities (ultrasound, heat, ice, etc.).
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility.
• Track patient progress, ensuring improvements and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Teach patients about injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence.
• Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient care.
• Celebrate patient successes as they return to their active lives.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
