    Telehealth Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

    As a telehealth pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child's needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.     Job Description

    • Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
    • Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans.
    • Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
    • Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
    • Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
    • Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00-8:00pm local time, EST.

    Requirements

    • Master's, doctoral, or other recognized post-baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution.
    • CCC-SLP certification (The Gainesville, Virginia Telehealth SLP role cannot support C-SLPAs or CFYs at this time).
    • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.
    • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

    Preferred Experience

    • Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in VA.
    • Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
