CRNA Locums Job in Vermont

Join our team for a CRNA locum position in the Anesthesia department, available from January 2025 through at least September 2025. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with varying days each week.

Job Description

• Need one CRNA locum for the Anesthesia department
• Coverage needed from January 2025 through at least September 2025
• Days: Four 10-hour days or three 12/13-hour days
• Shifts: 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm/8pm
• Anticipated coverage of the following services: General, GYN, ENT, Vascular, Robotic, Urology, Ortho, Plastics, Neuro, GI, IR, Endo, EP, MRI, Ophthalmology, Dental
• No call hours
• Required procedures: General, MAC, Regional (spinals), arterial lines
• Patient load varies based on daily assignments and procedures
• Board status requirement (BC/BE): NBCRNA
• Certifications required: BLS/PALS/ACLS
• Additional surgical staff: Surgical residents
• Additional support staff: Anesthesia techs and SRS who facilitate room flow and turnover
• Traditional ACT model with typical supervision of 1:2, occasionally 1:3; collaborative group of MD, DO, CRNA, CAA colleagues and residents
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• EMR system: Epic; clinic and hospital EMR are the same
• Interview: Phone and possibly virtual
