Job Description

• Active Wisconsin license required or IMLC
• Board Certification required; will accept truly Board Eligible
• Outpatient procedures Monday to Friday with 24-hour weekend call
• Bread and Butter procedures; advanced procedures not required
• Ongoing coverage need; willing to take multiple providers
• Flexible schedule: 7 on 7 off, Monday to Friday, weekend call coverage; willing to do one week a month, Monday to Monday
• 24-hour call schedule; flexible Friday start at 7 am or 5 pm to Monday at 7 am
