Job Description:

Start as soon as credentialed/approved by committee (60 days)
Clinic coverage 1 week on, 1 week off
Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM
Providers start seeing patients at 8:30AM-9:00AM
Average of 25 patients per day
Looking for one MD to cover this
No call, clinic only - preference if interested in OR as well

Requirements:

Board Certification & active Georgia license required
