Location: Florida

Job Description:

Need a Hematology/Oncology inpatient provider - on call (occasional outpatient) for multiple locations
January 27 through at least May 30, 2025
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Assignment Details:

Rounding in 1 to 2 hospitals seeing consults for the LPG Hematology and Oncology patients
Rounding on new consults and established patients in the hospital, working with the inpatient APP team
Volume of 20-30 patients

Requirements:

Providers must have an active FL license
Must have a clean background and clean NPDB
Must be Board Certified
Must meet all procedure log requirements to be booked

Privileging Criteria for Procedure Logs:

Requires previous experience: Applicants for initial appointment must demonstrate provision of inpatient or consultative services, reflective of the scope of privileges requested, for at least 24-50 hematology/oncology patients including at least 6 new oncology patients during the past 12 months, or demonstrate successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency, clinical fellowship, or research in a clinical setting within the past 12 months.
