    Location: Illinois

    Job Description:

    • Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
    • Pain Management Fellowship required
    • Active Illinois Medical License
    • Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm with optional call
    • Must be able to do chronic pain/med management & interventional pain management
    • Experienced staff & NP (NP mostly does narcotic prescriptions)
    • RF, Stim Trials, Discograms, Implantable pumps, etc.
    • 90% CRNA supervision - two CRNAs on call who work medically non-directed
    • Average 20 PPD (same amount as NP)
    • 70% Orthopedics - large amount of regional anesthesia and general surgery
    • 60-90 days to credential
