Radiology Locums

Location: North Dakota

Job Description:

• Start as soon as credentialed for one week per month
• Hours: 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday
• Duties: Onsite to complete minor procedures and reads such as diagnostic mammograms, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, Medicare overreads
• EMR: Meditech
• 25 bed CAH hospital with an average daily census of 12.7; licensed for 25 inpatient beds which includes OB and an additional 19 observation beds

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Radiology
• North Dakota license required or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, DEA - Must have or obtain during credentialing
• Malpractice Clean Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear required

Required Procedures:

• Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace - willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies
• Arthrograms/Joint Aspirations/Joint Injections
• CT Cystograms
• PICC Line placement
• Lumbar punctures
• Hysterosalpingograms
• Bone Marrow Biopsy
• Ultrasound biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainage
• ESI, SI injections, Facet injections - not all radiologists do all the injections, but as many of them as possible would be nice
