Assignment Details/Requirements:

On Call

Specific requirements: all services to be provided by urologist, ED call, inpatient adult consults, intraoperative consultations, etc. The locum will round on those he consults on
Need three weeks of call coverage per month and will cover inpatients
100% Adult coverage
Admissions: 2-3
Inpatients: 7-8
ICU: 0-1
Must be board certified
Active Arizona license or an active IMLC
