Job Description

• Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts
• No call or weekends
• Provider cannot live within 60 miles of the facility
• Required cases: Cardiac, Ortho, Vascular, OB, Peds, regional, Spinals
• EMR System: Anescan
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 7-14 days
• Trauma Level 3 facility
