Gastroenterology Physician

Location: California

We are seeking a gastroenterology physician for a locum tenens position in California. The coverage will start in early 2025 and is expected to continue throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a California license, be board certified or eligible in gastroenterology, and be comfortable seeing 20 patients per day while performing consults and procedures.

Job Description:

• Clinic, Call + procedures
• Ongoing work that will last throughout 2025
• General bread & butter GI work
• Candidates must be proficient in upper/lower scopes and be comfortable with 20 patients per day while doing consults and procedures
• Weekday call & weekend call

Requirements:

• California License required
• Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist
• Starting early 2025 and ongoing
• Seeking minimum of 1 week of coverage per month
• Advanced procedures not required
• 2 years of up-to-date case-logs required to apply
• Credentials accepted: Physician (MD/DO)
• DEA will be required
