Active Ohio license or IMLC required
Board Certification
Level 2 NICU experience
60-70 deliveries per month
20-25 patients per day in clinic
High risk transferred out at 32 weeks
Experience in a 200+ bed facility
Familiarity with Epic EMR
Ability to meet a 30-day credentialing timeline
