Hematology/Oncology Locum

Location: Missouri

Job Description:

Start Date: June 1, with a minimum of 3 months of coverage expected
Credentialing timeline: Approximately 30 days
EMR System: Epic
Willing to consider candidates without an active license if time allows for licensing prior to the start date
Mostly outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed
50% Hematology work
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Average of 15 patients per day, including consults, treatments, follow-ups, and potential inpatients
Potential for bone marrow biopsies
Call may be required occasionally, on an as-needed basis

Support Team:

2 Nurse Practitioners currently in the clinic, with a third being actively hired

Requirements:

Board Certification in Hematology & Medical Oncology
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
