Permanent Inpatient Psychiatrist

Join our team as a Permanent Inpatient Psychiatrist in the scenic Hudson Valley, just north of NYC. This position offers inpatient psychiatry work in a collaborative hospital setting with a flexible 7 On / 7 Off schedule.

Job Description

• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team overseeing inpatient psychiatric care and the access center.
• Manage a caseload of patients with an average length of stay of 10 days.
• Perform histories and physicals as needed (typically already completed in the ED).
• Provide on-call coverage, with potential weekday differentials.

Requirements

• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry
