Job Description:

Urgent need for Urologist
Looking for three locums, each taking one week per month starting December 20
On Call
Call specifics: ED consult, hospital adult inpatient consults, and adult OB consults
All services to be provided by urologist, including ED call, inpatient adult consults, intraoperative consultations, etc.
The locum will round on those he consults on
Need three weeks of call coverage per month and will cover inpatients
100% Adult coverage
Admissions: 2-3
Inpatients: 7-8
ICU: 0-1

Requirements:

Must be board certified
Active Arizona license or an active IMLC
