    An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Chief Medical Officer/Primary Care Provider (FM/IM trained) to join their established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth.

    Job Description:

    • Up to 75% leadership responsibilities based on your professional interests
    • Work with and mentor other providers, assist with new Accountable Care Organization (ACO), oversee quality care initiatives, assist with building out an in-house ERNP residency program, and more!
    • 4-day workweek
    • Low patient volume while covering clinic with 12-15 patients per day; focus on quality of care
    • Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
    • Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
    • IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
    • Up to $375,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, in-house student loan assistance, and more!
