Director Clinical Quality & Safety Improvement
Location: Los Angeles, CA, US
Job Description:
- Direct clinical quality and patient safety management programs, including budgets, annual evaluations, consultation services, education initiatives, and improvement strategies.
- Establish standards for evidence-based guideline evaluation, design, development, and implementation.
- Direct the collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of clinical data to identify trends and inform strategy and project goals.
- Serve as an expert resource on monitoring, reporting, and development of mitigation plans for medical center liability.
- Support continuous survey readiness programs to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop collaborative relationships with applicable government and regulatory agencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepares individuals for growth opportunities and advancement; builds internal collaborative networks for self and others.
- Oversees the operation of multiple units within a department by identifying member and operational needs.
- Directs data collection and analyses to support quality improvement reporting.
- Directs quality improvement and risk management efforts.
- Establishes standards and integration of quality improvement performance metrics.
- Oversees the development and standards of quality improvement initiatives.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for quality improvement processes and regulations.

Compensation:
- $185,500 - $215,000 + Performance Bonus
