    Job Description:

    • Direct clinical quality and patient safety management programs, including budgets, annual evaluations, consultation services, education initiatives, and improvement strategies.
    • Establish standards for evidence-based guideline evaluation, design, development, and implementation.
    • Direct the collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of clinical data to identify trends and inform strategy and project goals.
    • Serve as an expert resource on monitoring, reporting, and development of mitigation plans for medical center liability.
    • Support continuous survey readiness programs to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Develop collaborative relationships with applicable government and regulatory agencies.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Prepares individuals for growth opportunities and advancement; builds internal collaborative networks for self and others.
    • Oversees the operation of multiple units within a department by identifying member and operational needs.
    • Directs data collection and analyses to support quality improvement reporting.
    • Directs quality improvement and risk management efforts.
    • Establishes standards and integration of quality improvement performance metrics.
    • Oversees the development and standards of quality improvement initiatives.
    • Serves as the subject matter expert for quality improvement processes and regulations.

    • $185,500 - $215,000 + Performance Bonus
