The Critical Care Float Pool will float to the PICU, CVICU, NICU, and CDH Units.

Job Description

• Float to various critical care units including PICU (28-bed unit), CVICU (22-bed unit), NICU (97-bed unit), and CDH (15-bed unit).
• Work 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week).
• Provide first-class patient care through a collaborative interprofessional team using advanced evidence-based practice through continuous research and development.

Requirements

• BSN from an accredited School of Nursing preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire.
• Registered Nurse (RN) required. Florida State or Compact License required.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Preferred experience in pediatric and/or emergency care.
• BLS certification provided by AHA.

Salary Range

Minimum $35.56/hour - Maximum $52.80/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
