    We’re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Oncology to join our dynamic and growing cancer care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work side-by-side with medical oncologists in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings, where your voice is valued and your impact is felt every day.

    Job Description

    • Collaborate closely with our Medical Oncology physicians to manage care for patients during outpatient visits and as needed for inpatient consults
    • Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop patient-specific care plans
    • Prescribe and manage pharmacologic therapies, manage symptoms, and provide anticipatory guidance and education to patients and families
    • Participate in cancer center clinical trials, overseeing research nurses and contributing to ongoing program development
    • Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families, while coordinating care with nurses and fellow providers
    • Stay current with the latest oncology research and treatment protocols, and participate in performance improvement initiatives that keep Beebe at the forefront of care

    Requirements

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing
    • BLS certification required
    • At least 5 years of clinical oncology nursing experience, or a formal oncology preceptorship
    • Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and patient management skills
    • A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
    • Comfort with EHRs and basic computer systems
    • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment
