    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs (our full-time 30 hours per week BCBAs average 9 clients), enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (15%-20% of clinical hours worked) to our behavior technicians.     Job Description

    • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
    • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
    • Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
    • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
    • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
    • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
    • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
    • Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
    • Train parents, caregivers, and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    Requirements

    • Doctoral or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
    • Active BCBA certification
    • Active MA LABA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
    • Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
    • Driver's License
    • Health care industry experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
    • Must be fully COVID vaccinated

    Schedule

    Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.

    Work Location

    Travel to provide services to clients and supervise clinical staff within 20 miles.
