Job Description

• 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Family practice clinical setting providing general and preventive care, wellness exams, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, ordering lab tests, and prescribing medications to children and adults
• Unrestricted NP or PA-C license to practice in Minnesota required
• Minnesota prescriptive authority and DEA licensure required
• 2+ years of experience as NP/PA is preferred
• BLS certification required
