We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) at a respected medical facility in Enterprise, AL. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other specimens
• Analyze results and ensure accuracy in testing
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic information
• Adhere to established protocols and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

• MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (for MT) or Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology (for MLT)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
