Job Description

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing environment
• Provide hands-on nursing care as determined by individual care plans
• Ensure resident safety and comfort while lifting, transferring, and supporting them as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Current New York State certification as a CNA required
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift
• Capacity to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents, particularly when lifting exceeds 35 pounds
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork

Work Schedule

• Full-time: 32 hours/week, 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm, weekdays and every other weekend with some holiday requirement

Pay

• $21.00 - $26.00/hr, based on date of certification and experience
