Nurse / LVN/LPN Job in Oak Ridge, Tennessee

Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to patients covered under the Department of Labor Workman's Comp Program (EEOICP).
• Shifts available: days, nights, and weekends, depending on specific needs.
• Assess client's health and safety.
• Administer medications.
• Ensure proper nutrition and hygiene.
• Coordinate changes in care needs with the Case Manager.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license required.
• Dependable transportation is essential.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Current TB Screen.
• Current CPR Certification.
