Join our team as a Primary Care Physician in Branford, located at 500 E. Main Street. This position offers a flexible work schedule with very light call, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Job Description

• Busy, collegial practice of 3 physicians and 2 APRNs with a 1:1 provider to support staff model
• Seeking additional provider due to growth and demand
• New grads encouraged to apply
• 36 patient hours per week, with 4 hours of administrative time; a four-day work week is available
• 16-20 patients per day with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with a regional group
• EMR: EPIC, with an AI scribe service embedded
• Academic/clinical affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine
• Charming village, minutes from the ocean and beaches, with accessibility to the New Haven metro area
