As a Home Health LNA, you would be working as part of an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a nurse.

Job Description

• Provide hands-on patient/client care
• Maintain a neat and safe environment for the patient/client
• Use proper techniques for bathing and hygiene care
• Assist with dressing of patient/client
• Support grooming of patient/client
• Provide toileting and incontinence care for patient/client
• Prepare meals for the patient/client
• Offer emotional support for patient/client

Requirements

• Active NH LNA license
• Proof of flu vaccination
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Automobile insurance
• Physical exam within the last year
• Two-step TB test
