    Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

We are seeking to hire a trained professional Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), who will provide personal care and services in a compassionate and understanding manner to facility-based hospice patients. As a Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you would be working as part of an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a nurse.

    Job Description

    • Provide hands-on patient/client care
    • Maintain a neat and safe environment for the patient/client
    • Use proper techniques for bathing and hygiene care
    • Dress and groom the patient/client
    • Assist with toileting and incontinence care for the patient/client
    • Prepare meals for the patient/client
    • Provide emotional support for the patient/client
    • Offer respite care for the patient/client's family

    Requirements

    • Active NH LNA license
    • Proof of flu vaccination
    • Reliable transportation
    • Valid driver's license
    • Automobile insurance
    • Physical exam within the last year
    • Two-step TB test
