Lakeview Village Home Health is searching for caring, dedicated, and trustworthy PRN Registered Nurses to join our team! Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers home health, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care, celebrating its 60th anniversary and 5th straight year as the U.S. News & World Report Best Short Stay Rehab.

The Home Health RN at Lakeview Village will provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting, with an emphasis on the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures. While this care is provided under the leadership of an RN case manager or the Director of Nursing, staff nurses are some of the residents' closest advocates.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting
• Emphasize the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Prior Home Health experience is required
• Must possess a current RN State Nursing license in the State of Kansas
• Must have current CPR certification
• Must have a reliable method of transportation and a valid State driver's license
