Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting
- Emphasize the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures
- Care provided under the leadership of a RN case manager or the Director of Nursing

Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Prior Home Health experience is required
