    Clinic Manager V

    The Clinic Manager V is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a multi-specialty clinic on a single site and will be responsible for leading and managing the missions, goals, budgets, and performance standards for the clinic and communicating to all staff. The Clinic Manager V will need to be extremely organized and be able to lead, delegate, and supervise many employees at one time. The Clinic Manager V must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, the public, and external agencies and will need skills in gathering and interpreting data. The Clinic Manager V must have the ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.

    Job Description

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a multi-specialty clinic
    • Lead and manage the missions, goals, budgets, and performance standards for the clinic
    • Communicate effectively with all staff
    • Organize and delegate tasks to supervise multiple employees
    • Work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public, and external agencies
    • Gather and interpret data for decision-making

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field OR 5 years' related experience OR previous experience as a Clinic Manager within CoxHealth (effective 4/15/25)
    • Experience: Preferred management experience in a healthcare setting
    • Skills:
      • Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding and how it affects reimbursement from third-party payers
      • Good grammatical and business communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
      • Proficient computer skills
      • Successful completion of all department-specific credentialing within the first 90 days of employment
      • Ability to determine the level of knowledge and evaluate the performance of personnel
      • Demonstrates leadership, budget, policy, procedure, and organizational structure knowledge
