Surgical Technologist

Join our healthcare team as a Surgical Technologist, where you will perform a variety of technical and supportive functions to assist with the care of patients throughout their perioperative phase of hospitalization, utilizing hospital and departmental standards, policies, protocols, and procedures.

Job Description

• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to 120 hours of front-loaded paid time off
• Up to $4,000 relocation bonus
• $1.00 certification pay
• Clinical ladder up to $4,000

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from a school of Surgical Technology or 5 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Credentialed by the ABSA or CAAHED as a certified first assistant/certified surgical technologist or certified surgical assistant having graduated from an accredited program en route to certification with proof of eligibility to take the exam for certification
• Experience: Previous hospital and/or work experience as a Surgical Technologist for 36 months before First Assistant Program
• Skills:

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days and maintained throughout employment
