    Manager of Clinical Operations

    Job Description

    • Ensure a safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient care environment.
    • Recruit, hire, and oversee orientation and training for all clinical and ancillary staff of the practice.
    • Manage administrative and operational responsibilities including clinical compliance, maximizing patient flow, and optimizing the work environment to facilitate open communication and professional excellence.
    • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
    • Review and monitor patient and customer satisfaction, developing action plans with staff to meet satisfaction goals.
    • Build and strengthen relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
    • Foster cooperation, open communication, and collaborative decision-making among peers and staff.
    • Serve as patient and family advocate.
    • Measure and monitor employee satisfaction, developing action plans with staff to drive improvement.
    • Ensure that the practice stays within budget parameters.
    • Prepare reports and statistical summaries for physicians and Operations Director or Division Administrator as requested.
    • Develop employees by offering challenging growth opportunities and managing performance.
    • Evaluate staff performance for probationary period and annual performance appraisals.
    • Reallocate staff among teams as needed to meet patient care needs.
    • Ensure all personal certification and mandatory education requirements are met.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
    • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated supervisory experience.
    • Required Certifications/Licensure: Current RN license to practice in the state of South Carolina.
    • Maintain current CPR certification.
