Job Description:
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care environment.
- Recruit, hire, and oversee orientation and training for all clinical and ancillary staff.
- Manage clinical compliance, patient flow, and optimize the work environment for professional excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Current RN license to practice in South Carolina.
- CPR certification maintained.
- Certification in area of expertise if required by the assigned practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and monitor patient satisfaction.
- Foster cooperation and open communication among peers and staff.
- Serve as a patient and family advocate.
- Manage resources effectively to accomplish the organization's mission.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement.
- Ensure the practice stays within budget and provide reports to physicians and administrators.
- Develop employees through growth opportunities and manage performance.
- Evaluate staff performance and reallocate staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office flow and operations.
- Provide a supportive environment for patients and employees.
