    Job Description:

    • Ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care environment.
    • Recruit, hire, and oversee orientation and training for all clinical and ancillary staff.
    • Manage clinical compliance, patient flow, and optimize the work environment for professional excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
    • 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated supervisory experience.
    • Current RN license to practice in South Carolina.
    • CPR certification maintained.
    • Certification in area of expertise if required by the assigned practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service and monitor patient satisfaction.
    • Foster cooperation and open communication among peers and staff.
    • Serve as a patient and family advocate.
    • Manage resources effectively to accomplish the organization's mission.
    • Monitor employee satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement.
    • Ensure the practice stays within budget and provide reports to physicians and administrators.
    • Develop employees through growth opportunities and manage performance.
    • Evaluate staff performance and reallocate staff as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office flow and operations.
    • Provide a supportive environment for patients and employees.
