Job Description:

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments
• In-house therapy with local management support

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
• Must have 3 C's

Experience:

• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred
• 1 year experience preferred
