    • Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
    • Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
    • In-house therapy with local management support.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
    • Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
    • Must have 3 C's.
    • Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
    • 1 year experience preferred.
    • This is not a CFY position.
