Job Description:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
- Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
- In-house therapy with local management support.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
- Must have 3 C's.
- Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
- 1 year experience preferred.
- This is not a CFY position.
