    Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)

    Job Description:

    • Join our award-winning team at Life Care Center of McMinnville

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • PRN: $50/hr - $55/hr DOE
    • $15 daily stipend for over 25-mile commute

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
    • ASHA certified (CCCs) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
    • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
    • One year of experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
    • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

    Essential Functions:

    • Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals
    • Oversee and evaluate care given by SLP CFYs (SLP CCC only)
    • Follow speech therapy treatment plans under supervision (SLP CFY only)
    • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude
    • Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance and effective communication skills
