    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Life Strategies, LLC, based in Indiana, is a BCBA owned and operated agency, seeking a highly dedicated, energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA Team. BCBA positions are available in our Chesterton office! The BCBA will oversee ABA programming, RBTs, and directly teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ABA services are provided in homes, in our newly expanded Blooming Potential Autism and Learning Centers, and in community and school settings. New graduates/BCBAs are welcome to apply!

    Job Description

    • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and design and implement effective ABA programs
    • Train and supervise paraprofessionals who provide direct therapy to children
    • Conduct weekly to monthly progress meetings with parents and staff
    • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the management of client services and supervision of paraprofessionals based on Life Strategies' policies and procedures
    • Develop and achieve performance goals with clients, clients' families, and paraprofessionals
    • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports
    • Maintain client privacy in accordance with Life Strategies' policy

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
    • BCBA Certified or actively pursuing the BCBA or BCaBA credential and in process of meeting all requirements to take the exam
    • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
    • Ability to promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
