Location: Greater St. Louis Area (Washington, Kirkwood, Clayton, Chesterfield, Town and Country, St. Peters, and Maryland Heights)

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in Missouri (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
• Experience in both medication management as well as therapy
• Hybrid role
