Job Description:

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in the state of Indiana, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic
