Job Description
- Outpatient assignment with a census of all ages
- Opportunity to teach residents
Requirements
- MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Indiana medical license
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Indiana DEA registration
- Covid vaccination required
