**Job Description**

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call: Phone only with a call ratio of 1% Adult, 12% Pediatrics, and 28% Geriatrics
- Patient panel size: 16-20
- Specialists are available for virtual and telephone consults every day
- Staff includes lab staff, 2 outreach nurses, medical assistants, office manager, and case manager
- On-site lab and X-ray plus procedure rooms for most in-office procedures
- EMR: EPIC
