Excellent WA Neurohospitalist opportunity for vacancy/permanent search coverage starting 5/7/24 or ASAP and ongoing. Will accept multiple providers to cover two facilities 7 miles apart. One of the locations will be 100% night shifts.

Job Description

• Inpatient Neurohospitalist coverage
• No call
• Shift: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
• Coverage dates:
  • May 7-13: 6pm-6am
  • May 28-31: 6pm-6am
  • June 1-3: 6pm-6am
  • June 18-24: 6am-6pm
  • June 25-30: 6pm-6am
  • July 1: 6pm-6am
  • July 23-29: 6pm-6am
  • July 23-29: 6am-6pm
  • August 13-26: 6am-6pm
  • September 17-23: 6am-6pm
  • October 22-28: 6am-6pm
  • December 17-23: 6am-6pm
  • December 24-31: 6pm-6am
• Assigned roundings: 12-15
• 100% adult, inpatient
• Cover general neurology consults and follow-up exams
• No admissions required
• Group: 6 physicians, 3 mid-levels
• Covering 1-2 facilities closely located
• No teaching or supervision required
• Need familiarity with acute stroke protocols and tPA administration
• EMR: EPIC
