Family Medicine Physician

Location: South of Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description:

• Period of performance is approximately 5/1/21 to 10/31/21 with 4 option years
• Shift will be about 5 hours, 1 day a week, holidays excluded
• Providers will mainly perform patient examinations, immunizations, disease screening, diagnosis, treatment, and medical advisement of center management
• Physician will be responsible for directing actions of a midlevel provider (PA or NP)
• Located near the border with Mississippi
• Malpractice insurance provided

Requirements:

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatric Specialties
• Active and unrestricted Tennessee License
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Full vaccinations and immunizations
• References
• Experience treating youth in a school or college setting
• Admission and attending privileges at a local hospital (preferred)
