Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Intermediate Care Cardiac (PCU) Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM.

Job Description

• Identifies staff needs and develops an action plan for development and implementation by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services to meet the needs of the customer.
• Works in collaboration with the Education Department to provide ongoing education and growth opportunities for department staff and others as needed.
• Demonstrates excellence in verbal and written communication with the ability to assist all staff to improve their communication abilities.
• Provides for the integration of patient care services throughout the organization by coordinating all services to provide and implement appropriate nursing and clinical interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a BSN program.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Education.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire).
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in the department specialty.
