Join our team as a day shift, full-time Labor & Delivery (L&D) Manager of Nursing (RN) in Albuquerque, NM. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. You may also be eligible for relocation assistance.

Job Description

• The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care.
• As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school required. Effective 9/1/19 if the applicant does not have a BSN - must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled date of completion.
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
• Maintains current BLS.
• Facility/unit specific certification.

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience in the area of specialty preferred.
